Keep Calm and Holiday

With the holidays upon us, stress can be inevitable! So many things to do, places to go and people to see. The rush does not have to feel as such. How can we make the increase in business this time year more enjoyable, with less physical symptoms of stress? Here are a list of tips and practices you can incorporate into your day to day, so even the to do list brings you some holiday cheer.

Don't Hate, Co-create

So many of us want to chalk our experiences up to others, but the reality of it is, our thoughts, words and actions are what translate to our reality. Just as we have days where we feel ‘everything bad is happening to us’ and then get pulled over with a speeding ticket, we can also rework the algorithm by changing that pattern and connecting to our happiness, experiencing better.

Get Uncomfortably Happy

Happiness is hard, fear is easy. Most people would assume it’s the opposite. Even in the past, I would look at people who were wildly happy and think ‘they must have a super easy, awesome life.’ The truth is that the majority of people who find genuine joy in almost every moment actually worked their asses off to get there.
