Ingredients:
2 C of Oats or Oat flour
1/3 C Coconut Sugar
1/4 C Chia Seeds
1/4 C Cacao Nibs
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 C of Peanut Butter
1 C Coconut or Almond Milk
Tools: Bowl and whisk
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients in a bowl in the order listed. Let the batter sit for a few minutes when done so the chia seeds have time to swell.
Oil a cookie sheet or use parchment paper to line.
Drop batter on pan in desired size of cookies.
Set the cookies to bake for 20 minutes.
